2659 On Parade!

2659 Army Cadets meet for regular training on Tuesday evenings, from 6:30 to 9:00 pm, outside of holidays. We are located at the Sergeant William Merrifield VC Armouries - 18 Brant Ave, Brantford, ON

The Army Cadet program is a comprehensive program, which is run in a structured, disciplined, and safe manner. Members and Volunteers give their time in a variety of ways and come from all walks of life with a wealth of experience in both private and ex-military sectors.

Under the careful guidance of our Officers and Volunteers, training is organized into classes, with time to socialize between. There are both mandatory classes and optional training opportunities. Our mission is to provide a dynamic, adventure-focused training program for young men and women, 12 to 18 years of age. Our corps offers training in the following areas:

  • Abseiling
