Star Levels
All new recruits begin in the GREEN STAR training program.
GREEN STAR
The Green Star is awarded to a cadet after their first year. It is award for consistant attendance cadet functions and training. Upon successful completion cadets may be promoted to Bombardier.
RED STAR
The Red Star is awarded to a cadet after their second year. It is awarded for consistant attendance at cadet functions and training. While training at this level cadets are given the opportunity to apply the knowledge and skills obtained throughout their first 2 years. Upon successful completion cadets may be promoted to Master Bombardier.
SILVER STAR
The Silver Star is awarded to a cadet after their third year. The cadet will have atteneded training consistantly and must successfully demonstrate their skills and knowledge. Upon successful completion cadets may be promoted to Sergeant.
gold star
The Gold Star is earned after their fourth year of participating in as many corps activities as posisble. Cadets must also be successful during assessments of selected skills and knowledge. Upon successful completion with enhanced profiency in some subjects cadets may be promoted to Warrant Officer.
Master cadet
Master Cadet can be awarded after a cadets fifth year in a leadership role within the cadet corps. Being mostly a self study course it requires a great amount of self discipline and motivation to complete.
